Creates dues from teacher month completions for the selected month.
Use this for pending payments from before the app was launched.
Create fee categories by locality, course, or level.
Full sponsored means 0% charged. Partial sponsored can charge a percentage. Existing unpaid dues will move into Sponsored Dues Pool.
Default is 50%. Override individual teachers here.
Upload a receipt on behalf of an in-class student. It will be saved as a pending receipt for approval/review.
Connect this receipt to the correct due if needed.
Add a clear note so the student can correct it later.
